Ordered these for a DIY spectrometer project and the ≤2λ per inch surface accuracy held up perfectly under laser testing. Parallelism came in well under the 5' spec, which made alignment way less painful than I expected. Exactly what I needed for beam control work.

The parallelism spec of under 5 arcminutes is no joke, I checked it on our bench and it was dead on. Surface quality came in better than the 60-40 rating too, barely any digs under the loupe. These are going straight into our interferometer setup.

I needed a substrate that could handle both UV and visible light without ghosting, and the 60-40 scratch-dig spec on these is exactly what my setup required. The 2λ surface accuracy makes alignment with my laser path much cleaner than my old borosilicate windows.
