光學平面、雙面精密表面

Checked a few lenses against these flats and the fringe patterns were crisp and clear. The fused quartz material handled temperature shifts in my shop without any distortion. Exactly what I needed for reliable optical testing.

Finally got around to testing these against my reference surfaces and the G1 fused quartz really holds up — the fringes stayed crisp and stable even after setting them aside for a few hours. Low thermal expansion is the selling point here and it shows.

The fused quartz barely moves when the shop temperature swings, which makes repeat fringe readings way more consistent than the glass flat I had before. Edges are clean and the surface is flat enough that I trust it for checking our reference optics.
